Restaurant L`Olive is the one and only restaurant in Bratislava where you can find Modern Slovak Cuisine.  

Executive Chef Jaro Hladik created signature items for the new restaurant menu, which he said „creatively presents Slovak basics with a modern twist“. Hot favourites include Duck terrine with foie gras mosaic with candied pear of Salmon trout with grilled champignons ~ potato sheep cheese mousse and parsley veloute.
